Dear Colleagues and friends,
On behalf of the EAHAD 2024 Organising Committee, it is my honour and pleasure to welcome you to the 17th annual EAHAD Congress in Frankfurt from 6 to 9 February 2024.
After the 2009 EAHAD Congress in Munich, this is the second time that this outstanding international congress will be held in Germany.
Frankfurt has a long tradition as an influential city – in the Middle Ages German emperors were crowned here. Today, the Rhine-Main metropolis is located in the green heart of Germany, with one of the largest and most modern trade fair cities in Europe, the Messe Frankfurt. The hotels and the diverse, culturally interesting venues are mostly within walking distance.
The mission of EAHAD is to promote education, support research and improve clinical care and the lives of patients with inherited or acquired bleeding disorders. The Frankfurt Congress will provide you with the opportunity to expand your knowledge and better understand and discuss the latest scientific advances. At the same time, you can present your latest findings and exchange ideas with other researchers as well as other health care professionals, such as nurses, physiotherapists, psychosocial professionals, and all other caregivers.
